Presenter Hannah, form Mackay Hospital & Health Service, is facilitating a Healthy Lifestyle Program with our students. The program helps students understand the risks and complications of Type 2 diabetes and how to make healthy lifestyle choices. The program runs for 3 weeks in class and includes cooking demos.
